How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

400 watchers! Thanksgiving collage all invited!

I was surprised to see that I hit 400 watchers, what a random number to celebrate!

It's been a great experience here on Deviantart, I've met so many great artist who have not only become good friends, but helped myself grow as an artist as well. Fire breathing Dragonflies, magical fish with antlers, smiling cacti, and dancing alcoholic beverages sounds pretty odd when you say it out loud, but that pretty much sums up my gallery.

In all seriousness though, I want to thank all of you for the contributions and commissions. Starting out as an artist has been one of the most difficult things to do for me, but you've all made it both a fun and enjoyable experience. I still have much to learn, but I definitely want to get back into sculpting and painting when I can afford the materials too someday.

I felt rather bad I had to give up some of the art trades previously due to college, so, I wanted to make an event where everyone is welcome! I will be doing a Thanksgiving collage, which consist of everyone's mascot characters that represent their work. Basically, you draw your mascot character carrying your favorite dish, it can be anything, turkey, corn, Chinese food, anything goes! I only have a few rules, but they are very easy to follow

:

1: Artwork must be of your mascot character carrying food of any kind, whatever best represents yourself!

2: Artwork must be digital, this makes it easier for me to arrange everyone's characters. The bigger the size, the better. Transparent backgrounds help too.

3: Fanfic characters are not allowed, I have nothing against fanfiction or anything, but I strongly believe that anyone can make a good original character outside of popular franchises.

4: Have fun!
